AZ MediQuip, Return Policy
For regularly stocked merchandise:
AZ MediQuip will refund your original purchase price for regularly stocked products returned within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packing materials. You must present a copy of your sales receipt for a refund to occur.
Some manufactures offer longer customer satisfaction return policies. We will honor those policies provided the manufacture will replace or refund the product to AZ MediQuip.
Defective products may be exchanged for an identical or better product within 30 days of purchase. You must present your original sales receipt to exchange defective merchandise. AZ MediQuip reserves the right to refuse a defective product for exchange if it is not returned with all parts needed for us to return to the manufacture.
Please note that returned items must be UNUSED. Items such as the iWalk, orthotics/braces, cushions, mattresses and similar items cannot be returned if they are not in original, unopened packaging.
Delivery fees, shipping charges and labor charges are non-refundable.
For Special Order merchandise:
Special Order merchandise is not returnable with the exception of lift chairs. Lift chairs are returnable with a restocking fee and return shipping charge within 3 days of delivery. Lift chairs ordered with a non-standard fabric are not returnable.
For rental transactions:
AZ MediQuip’s minimum rental is 1 week. Monthly rentals that are returned within 24 hours of delivery will prorated to a weekly rental rate. Weekly rentals are non-refundable. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
On-Line Purchases are subject to a 20% restocking fee at AZ MediQuip’s discretion. If returning an item in-store, no return authorization is required. If returning an item via a shipping carrier you must request and reference an return authorization number on your shipment.
